Hatha Yoga
The yoga of force. A set of physical techniques.
Vinyasa Yoga
A flow yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
Kundalini Yoga
A form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises and repetitive poses. It’s purpose is to activate your kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that is located at the base of the spine.
Slow Yoga
A slow flow yoga. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.

Benefits of Yoga
Yoga is the union of the finite body with the infinite body by a daily practice of breath control, meditation and the adoption of specific bodily postures.
